How much does it cost?
The cost to participate in a season is $80. The cost to participate in a season for our after-school program will depend on the structure.
How can I make a payment?
We accept Cash, Check, and Credit Card payments. If you pay with a check, please make the check payable to Little Champs. You can mail your cash or check payment to 9651 Dungan Rd., Philadelphia, PA 19115. If you prefer the convenience of making your payment online, you may do that as well (an online payment processing fee will automatically be added).
Will you prorate the fee if I registered late?
Yes.
How Long Is A Season?
A season is 8 weeks long.
How Long Is A Session?
Each session will last for 30 minutes.
How Many Season Do You Have?
We have Fall, Winter, and Spring season, and we also have Summer Camps.
What Should My Child Wear?
Children should wear clothing appropriate for running around and playing games (i.e., t-shirt, shorts, sneakers). Whether or not we are inside or outside (depending on which season it is) would also be a factor in how each child should dress (i.e., weather conditions).
Do We Need To Bring Anything?
Little Champs will supply the necessary equipment for each session. All you need to bring is yourself and a water bottle.
Can I Be In The Same Session With People I Recruit?
If you recruit people to do Little Champs with you, we will do our best to put you with them in the same session. A big reason why we can not absolutely guarantee that would be if a session is full.
If I Recruit Enough People, Can We Form Our Own Session?
If you are able to recruit enough people to form a group of 10 kids, we will form a session for your group. We can even come to you (i.e., apartment complex, development, etc.)! If you do that, remember to ask about a discount for your child.
What Sports Do You Do?
Each eight week season will consist of two sports. The first four weeks will focus on one sport and the last four weeks will focus on a different sport. We strongly believe that it is important for boys and girls at this age to experience a variety of sports, rather than specialize in one. At this age, exposure to a variety of sports will allow for maximum overall development. The exception to this is our 2 year olds. Their sessions will be primarily focused on motor skill development.
Is There A Refund Policy?
Yes. To receive a full refund, you must notify Little Champs of your registration cancellation prior to the date of the first session. If that date comes and you haven't notified us of your cancellation, you will only be eligible for a partial refund. However, if the date of the third session comes and you still have not notified us of your cancellation, you will not be eligible for any refund.
Can I Apply A Refund To The Next Season?
Yes. If you are eligible for a refund, and you would like to apply that refund to the next season, just let us know and we will do that for you.
What Ages Are Together For The Season?
Our age breakdown is:
2 year olds
3-4 year olds
5-6 year olds
7-9 year olds
10-12 year olds
What Is The Age Cutoff Date?
The age of the child on the start date of the first session will determine which age group that child is in (however old my child is when the season starts).
